He held a real estate broker’s license for several years in his home state of Arkansas, and even obtained the Graduate, Realtors Institute designation while holding the license. Having come from a family of farmers and builders, he has a passion for all things real estate.

In choosing a name for his title company he wanted to draw on his background and interests as a songwriter and musician as well as the a background and reputation of Nashville as Music City.
